    I am Pam Bailey, the Feel Good Facilitator.  With my unique combination of skills and tools I can help you identify what you really want in your life to make you feel good every day.  My work embraces all aspects of health including:

    • how chronic stress affects health & strategies to stay healthy,

    • how to let go of what's holding you back,

    • how to create a simple mindfulness & meditation practice,

    • why putting yourself first is not a selfish act,

    • body image,

    • putting an end to chronic dieting, overeating & binge eating,

    • recognising & acting on the magical messages your body is giving you,

    • basic nutrition education made simple

     

    My approach is down to earth yet I guarantee that I will guide you in a gentle & supportive way.  My goal and my passion is to help you recognise how truly amazing you are, giving you the freedom and confidence to pursue your wildest dreams, making every day a FEEL GOOD DAY!
