5 Words to Eliminate From Your Life
Our thoughts lead to our feelings, lead to our actions, lead to our results. If our thoughts are negative then the results we achieve will be negative.
Everything that we say or even write comes from our thoughts & is therefore a part of this chain so our words (written or spoken) has the potential to profoundly affect the way our lives pan out.
So I’ve identified 5 words to eliminate from your life – I’m sure there are others but I’m going to share my favourites. What benefits might you notice from avoiding these words? I believe that you carry less guilt & judgement to name just two benefits. Your actions will be more positive, people will take you more seriously & you will be more visible. So here they are, in no particular order:
So that’s my Fab 5. Become aware of when you use them. If you are writing an email do a quick scan before pressing send. Once you start to notice when you use these words, you will be amazed how often they pop up.
I think my favourite is SHOULD because when you start replacing it with COULD it has an immediate impact on how you think about yourself. The others are more about how others think about you.
